A study suggests that tai chi can improve the quality of life of older men. The study, which was published in the journal Complementary Therapies in Clinical Practice, looked at the effect of tai chi on the quality of life of elderly men.
The research team concluded that tai chi, as a mild exercise, is a safe and effective way to improve the quality of life of older men.
